What do आप think about colorovers?

I hate them :I
It gives off the impression that the person is lazy, in all honesty.
The most common excuses for colorovers I've seen is "I can't draw."
That's a pretty pathetic excuse if आप ask me. I couldn't draw, but instead of using someone else's work या Fresh TV's work, I got off my lazy नितंब, गधा and practiced. It's amazing how many people I've come across who can't even take a few मिनटों out of their दिन to sit down and practice. It only took me about a महीना to get the hang of Total Drama style, and I even thought it was going to take a much longer time, but I was ready to go through that process anyway. Because I wanted to draw my own OC, y'know? Not take Courtney and dye her hair blonde and have the nerve to call her my "OC."
And to be frank, I have a lot और respect for people who draw their own OC even if they don't have the style down, या the proportions are off, because they actually tried. They didn't just assume that they couldn't draw and decide that editing other work would look better या make people like them more.

i don't like colored over OCs, especially if they aren't well done. but i don't MIND color-over MAKEOVERS, as long as it's well done, and it's still an actual character from the series.

I can't stand it! It's uncreative and just shows that people are too lazy to come up with something themselves. I especially hate when people colorover other people's work. They worked long and hard on their pictures then, out of the blue, they have some lazy, uncreative jerk tracing over their work. I, for one, can't stand colorovers. -__________-

They're ok, but it takes out the creativity in making urself. It look good, but some are just terribl looking! Some even look just like the character itself!

So, i perfer drawing it द्वारा hand. But i understand that some people just cant draw! :)

I used to do one colour-over. Now, I never do. It makes them look un-tidy and they're get quite annoying since they're just a person from TDI look-alike. Even though I'm terrible at drawing, at least I try to draw my own TDI OC while many people on here don't.

I only do color-overs because I can't draw myself; if I could, I wouldn't do them. I don't mind other people's color-overs unless they use a picture I edited; a girl did that once, and I got really pissed about it.

If आप can't notice it's an existing TD character, I really don't care.

I hate color overs. They piss me off. If आप can't make your own thing, have someone else make it for you. They annoy me.

I've also had my art colored over twice.

I hate that people recolor them to make fancharacters.

I don't mind because I do recolors cause my software expired. But as long as u touch it up ALOT so its not ur work.
