I started my tablets on Wednesday 21st and had the next 14days to choose when to quit. I decided to stop on Monday 26th. I know its not that long but its Friday now and i havent had any cigarettes so far and im so chuffed with myself! :)

I have my husband, children, family, friends and all you guys behind me so im trying not to let anyone down.....most of all, myself! ;)

My Dad quits 12 years ago and I learned from him that if you decide to do something stick to it doesnt matter if its hard or not, he was a chain smoker and was smoking 2 packs a day easily.
I wish you good luck and I know you can do it so smile :)

Just thought id let you all know how im doing. I havent had a puff for 28days now! Im so chuffed with myself! Only thing is im now eating for fun and havent had a night out as im scared that i'll smoke after a few drinks. Ive been putting the money away that i would normally spend on cigs and im saving £70 per week so thats lots of treats for me! :)

Yeah there are many good reasons not to be smoking - you have more money
- you are more healthy ect.

Just keep on the great work.

36 days now! I thought i would be over it by now but there is still so many times i crave a cigarette :( I must say though i feel healthier already. My mum is also chuffed with me as i have stopped drinking so much coca-cola. Im now on the water! :D

If you start again I will hunt you down and kill you bet you won't start smoking again anytime soon now!
