Does anybody remember the film The Scarecrow that Cartoon Network used to दिखाना in England on हैलोवीन in the early 2000s?

I've always loved that film. I've tried to खोजिए for it on YouTube and on Wikipedia but I can't find it. They used to दिखाना it on या near हैलोवीन on Cartoon Network, but they stopped दिखा रहा है it a few years ago. All I remember about the film is that the scarecrow, who was फ्रेंड्स with the चूहा and the broom, was in प्यार with Polly so the fairy godmother made him look human in order to help him win her heart. Sorry for the lack of info and the fact that this isn't actually a programme they show, but any info on where to find this film is appreciated.
