Michael ran from the black, shadowy figure that was standing in the street. It began chasing after him, and he began to freak out. I can't freak out या it'll catch me, and I can't let that happen! he thought. Even so, he felt himself tiring as he cleared his neighbor's hedges and bolted for the alleyway between the Soda खरीडिए and the 10 Cents Store.
The antique store across the सड़क, स्ट्रीट from him had it's doors open with it's lights off. Michael sprinted into the store and careened to a stop. He turned around, slammed the door shut, and ran haphazardly up the stairs to look for a hiding spot. After a quick scan of the rooms he decided that the spot under the bathroom sink in one of the rooms would have to do.
As if on cue, he heard the figure slowly open the door, the door creaking in protest. He heard the figure step through the doorway with slow, heavy footsteps. The figure searched the whole house, it seemed, before heading upstairs. As he heard the footsteps coming up the stairs, he thought Isn't there a gun case in the अगला room over?. The figure must have been taking it's time, because there was still 2/3rds of the steps to go. Here goes nothin'! he thought as he dashed out from his hiding spot into the अगला room.
The figure heard him, and began rushing up the stairs. Time seemed to slow down, everything was happening at once. Him reaching the अगला room, breaking the glass in the case, hearing the figure reach the चोटी, शीर्ष of the stairs, himself grabbing a gun and rounding on the figure as it froze in the doorway, obviously terrified of the gun he was holding.
Judging द्वारा the mess he made, he hadn't missed when he shot the shotgun. The figure was a mush splattered from the doorway onto the दीवार in the hallway. When he saw that he had won the fight, a huge wave of relief rushed over him, knowing that nothing should bother him now. He blacked out, the shotgun falling beside him as his head hit the soft carpet.

I needed more, more! I threw the book across the dimly lit, wooden attic. The book hit a stack of old newspapers. I tore open yet another book. Nothing would give me my answers.
Why did I feel the need to care for Lucy? Why could I not get Alexander out of my head?
There were pages, and pages of the thought process, but nothing to explain what I felt! Why could no one manage to capture these feelings, and explain them?
A knock on the door interrupted me. “What?” I snapped.
“It is past midnight, Damien. Come to bed,” कहा Grey through the door.
“I’ll come when I want to. Now, go away!” Could she not understand I was confused, and angry? She possessed such naivety.
“Fine!” Grey yelled. I heard her storm down the steps. Then I heard her bedroom door slam. I let out a puff of air.
Then I threw another book against the wall. I kicked the whole stack of books, and watched as they toppled over. I threw myself onto the floor, and began crying.

Hey, so this is a poem Ive been thinking of for a long time, please read and comment!
The Spirit
The spirit rushes on,
Swifter than the wind,
To find answers,
To seek the way.
The spirit flows on,
Like the river.
Flowing on to find the ocean,
A घर for all its dreams.
The spirit shines on,
Brighter than a thousand suns.
Shining on to clear the darkness,
To find the path.
The spirit lives on,
और eternal than the sea,
Living on to find its home,
Where all the ends shall meet.

Memories,
Confusion,
So many thoughts,
The end is near,
The darkness coming,
Now its here,
The दिखाना is over,
The lights are off,
We now say goodnight,
Goodbye,
As we begin 2 open the new chapter
It hurts at first,
Will the changes be extreme?
Please, just tell me,
This was only a dream,
I want to go back,
To relive this again,
This high point in life,
It can't end.
The stage lights dimmed,
The leaving spoke,
With happy faces on,
But tears in their eyes,
This दिखाना is over,
Now go home.
