I don't exactly understand what you're trying to ask. Are आप asking, "Which would आप like better: when an लेखक अपडेट्स when they have written something new, या updating when they have a new chapter of their story?" या are आप asking, "Would आप like it better if an लेखक would update when they have something new and/or a new chapter in their story?"

EDIT: If it's an लेखक या story I particularly enjoy, then, yes, of course I would.

Obviously the chapter! Everyone wants और to a story! I think that it's for fun to keep पढ़ना then start something new! Nothing good ever ends in the beginning!
