I breathed heavily as I ran down the sidewalk. I watched the ground as I ran, looking at all the dirt filled cracks.

Damn it! God damn it, Utsuku-Sama!

I looked up for a moment and saw someone, but I crashed into his/her back and fell to the ground.

"O-ow.."

"Are आप alright?"

I saw an extended hand appear in my view,

"I'm f-"

I looked up at this person and my hazel eyes widened. I felt my face flush with embarassment.

"Lisa? Is that you?"

His voice had a curious yet surprized look. He pushed up his glasses slightly to cheek if his eyes weren't playing any tricks on him. My lip slightly quivered as I took his hand and spoke,

"Hai, it's Lisa.."

I was a smile form on his face and his cheeks turn pink. He lifted me up on my feet.

"It's been so long, आप look.. really pretty."

Who is he? He looks familiar, but..

I took my hand back and cleared my throat slightly.

"Who.. are you? And how do आप know me?"

"Why Liss, I'm crushed! How could आप forget a childhood friend?"

"..Jamie-Kun?"

I saw him grin and I smiled.

"Bingo."

"Oh my god, Jamie-Kun!"

I hugged him tightly.

"I can't believe I forgot about one of my closest friends!"

I felt his arms लपेटें around me, hugging me closer.

"It's good to see that cute face of your's, Liss."

I blushed madly and pulled away. I hugged my school पुस्तकें close to my chest.

"I gotta go..!"

I continued to run, waving bye to Jamie.
A few मिनटों later I arrived at school and slowed to a walk. I scanned the area til I was Damien and smiled.

"Damine-Kuuuuun!"

I yelled as I ran to him. He smiled at me and gave me a warm hug.

"Hey, Lisa."

I pulled away slightly, but stayed wrapped in his arms.

"Hi. Sorry I'm a little late, my cousin forgot to wake me."

"It's fine." He smiled. "Let's get to class."

Lunch time rolled around and, unfortunally, me and Damien have different lunch periods. I stood in the endless lunch line, ID in hand, sighing with impatience.

I should start bringing my own lunch..

"Hey, Lisa."

I looked up to a smirking, brunette boy with a lip ring. Jamie.

"Hi." I smiled. "What's up?"

"Nothing much, I just wanted to eat lunch with you!"

He wrapped an arm around me and pulled me into a friendly hug. I blushed. Why am I blushing?

"O-oh, o-ok-kay."

I smiled nervously. Why am I getting so flustered?
He let me go and gave me a warm smile.

"You really are adorable Liss."

After we had eaten our lunch the घंटी, बेल rang. Me and Jamie got up and he slipped a piece of notebook paper into my hand.

"You should call me tonight. Maybe we can hang out." My eyes slightly widened as I noticed his cheeks turn rosy. "If आप want, of course."

He left the cafeteria and headed to his class. I sighed and slipped the paper into my boot then hurried to class.

Brrrriiing~!

I followed a group of my loud classmates out the door.

Damn, all this homework is gonna be the death of me.. I whined. Wonder if Damien is still waiting for me.

I smiled as I walked out of the building. I scaned the area, seeing only large groups of फ्रेंड्स scattered around, waiting for rides and running their mouths. I walked down the steps, still searching curiously. I jumped slightly as I felt something poke my shoulder. I heard a chuckle.

"It's only me Lisa, sorry I startled you."

I turned around to see Damien smiling at me. I smiled too.

"Oh sorry, I'm just kinda jumpy today."

His smiled faded a bit, making my smile fade completely.

"You okay?"

"Oh! I'm fine, nothing's wrong."

I laughed softly, hoping he wouldn't press on.

"Well okay, if you're sure.."

I smiled, "I'm sure."

I slipped my hand into his and we started walking home.

"Hey Lisa, want to come over to my place?"

I slightly blushed as I smiled,

"Of course. I'd प्यार to come over."

I saw him smiled and he entwined his finger with mine, changing the position of our hands.

Guess calling Jamie will have to wait.

I smiled. ~
