1.Tell someone आप truly trust about your trouble.
2.Talk to your friends.
3.Go outside (somewhere आप can relax when आप visit) and don't say I am not in the mood.
4.Cry when आप feel that आप need it and don't think crying is weakness.
5.Bring a piece of paper and write/draw whatever आप want .
6.Take a शावर, शॉवर with a cold/warm water .
7.Listen to classic संगीत .
8.Drink a फल रस या anything cold.
And in the end remember that life goes on and never stops ...You have to live it as it is and it's your choice to be happy या sad :)

I've really been looking आगे to doing this list. These are the celebrites that I absolutely HATE! This this case, number one is the WORST. I apologize if for some reason आप like one of these creeps. Just keep in mind that this is just my personal opinion. Please tell me what आप think.
