"This is gonna be sooo great!" she squealed in excitedness that she didn't even know what was going on outside. She looked at the clock. "7:55..." Twilight remembered it was starting at 9.

-At 9:00 AM-
Everypony was at the Town Hall, all covered with snow and their hooves were very deep in the ground.
"I am very sorry for this unexpected blizzard, as the pegasi didn't schedule it," Mayor Mare said. "We will just have to लपेटें up this winter harder this year!"
The crowd cheered... not really, but they got to work.

"Alright, everypony! Stay calm! Those on the farm, just keep plowing those fields! Pegasi, clear all those clouds and take your time! Critter wakers, do all आप can!" She sighed. "How should we do this.."
