Have आप ever लॉस्ट interest in something because आप were so emersed in My Little Pony?

I was watching a video द्वारा PaleoSteno and YouTube and he was talking about how he was taking a break from ponies because he was so into ponies that he लॉस्ट interest in things he used ot love.
For example, I used to be really into the Sonic fandom and some निनटेंडो games like Kirby and Legend of Zelda, but then I just got less interested in those sorts of things.
I'm not going to take a break from ponies as he did, but I still feel kind of bad...
So did this happen to you? What was it that आप got less interested in? Do आप regret it? Are आप happy?
