No, and I don't say this because I don't like her. I actually think Derpy is great. The best thing about her though is that आप are always looking आगे to locating her in the background अभिनय goofy. I think she would lose her charm if she was a main character.
I think I agree with Angrykittykj...not sure that I'd want her to become a "main character." It would be very cool to learn और about her, hear her speak (more often?), maybe even have an episode या two based around her...but I don't know that making her a main character (either a seventh one, या on the level of, say, Spike) would be exactly the best idea.
She may attract और attention and the people who have to be "that person" will try to sue the company या something... And also, Derpy has been known for a back round टट्टू and originated as one. It would seem silly to have her as a one of the mane...
