What is an obvious difference between the संगीत from ten to twenty years ago, and the संगीत nowadays?

The fact that मशहूर हस्तियों are और glorified now than they were back then plays a huge role. There are gossip shows and famous internet bloggers. Back then there was pretty muck just Vh1, Mtv, and a few magazines. और people want to be मशहूर हस्तियों and संगीत is the easiest path to take. और and और people with not quite as much talent are being marketed. What they have is synthesized talent. not raw talent.

There ARE still people of today with raw talent, just as there were 30 years पूर्व (despite what all the closed minded people say) No talent preventers were added to the water supply. They're just not as easy to fine. If you're really interested in finding them, look around.

It has a little to do with the themes.. there are a lot और songs about having sex and lots of money (not my प्रिय topics) but it's nothing new.

I don't believe it has anything to do with "new" genres. I'm glad there are other things besides rock out there.

I don't know why so many people are concerned about Bieber... He's just one guy.

Today"s संगीत isn't so much lacking, as it's और "overdone", आप could say.


And again, (this is something I've कहा over and over again) there is nothing wrong with covers. the cover artists is not trying to improve या replace the original. they just want to sing a song they respect. there's nothing wrong with that. (except maybe those pop to punk things. I really doubt they respect those songs, which makes it rude)

संगीत from now sucks.. it all goes about money and a lot of songs are stolen. and there are horrible संगीत genres now.. like Pop and hiphop and rap.
