pregnet friend

i have a good friend in the 8th grade, and one of my other फ्रेंड्स told me that she might be pregnet. i didn't beleive her so i went to my friend who might be pregnet. i asked her and she कहा she thinks so but is not sure. is there any thing i can do to help her through this?
