Okay so a lot of आप guys are new to फैन्पॉप some of आप are old. So many of आप may या may not know of प्रशंसक of the Month. Well FOTM happenes at the end of each महीना where we owner those प्रशंसकों we believe made an impacked on the प्रशंसक club. द्वारा posting article, images, making polls, doing quizes and so on. This is how we honor them back for their good deeds. But I don't go through the प्रशंसकों to pick who I think would earn it (I mean princecatcher93 every महीना guys?) आप guys picks द्वारा going to this मंच link and टिप्पणी दे which users आप believed truely earned it sadly it आप guys didn't really read the rules and I have the rules for it makes it easy for me to make the मतदान and fair for आप guys to all to have a try at winning. Because I believe many of आप don't read the rules because आप want to make sure all your फ्रेंड्स are in and आप don't want to leave anyone out या make a friend feel bad. But please take the time to read the rules and under stand.

Rules
Only nominate THREE users per month.*
It use to be Four but now it's three because well there are beginning to be to many of आप and since everyone wants their hand at putting someone in to the poll. So to make it fair for everyone three is now the new limit.

Each person can only win once, so do not nominate पूर्व winners.
Now I know many of आप have seen the big long lists of names going down the whole मंच of users past and present who have won, but please make sure आप check to see if the user आप put in hasn't won yet. Heads Up Some users may have left या deleted their accounts and then came back later on so they may have a different users name, if they have one that's not to different then I won't change the मंच thing but if it's goes from PrincessNightWings to Dr.SheldonCoppers95 then I will update the names.

This has to be my least प्रिय thing about finding the प्रशंसकों finding the same ten people being in everyone's lists. I know आप all believe that they should win but it makes it hard when I copy and paste the names into the मतदानो to make sure I have that person once and not ten times.

This made a lot of drama happen one times where users where making accounts या asking फ्रेंड्स and family to make accounts to vote for them. Please don't it makes everyone angry and may lead to a FOTMless Month.

To Get into the Running Rules या how do I know if this person should be in the running?

Do stuff on Fanpop या How do they help Fanpop
If they post helpfully things everyday that's good and they could be in the running. But if they only पोस्टेड one लेखाए two तस्वीरें and gave one दीवार post, think twice please.

Over A Month
A Lot of users that have been in FOTM Only शामिल होइए फैन्पॉप for that महीना and after they won या are in the poll. He Gone या She Gone. Please try to pick people who are over a महीना old that way they have a older users can get in the running and the newer ones can work hard to get in अगला months.
