All right, so I started surfing around and found some और interesting things. Click Manga: Le Fantome de l'Opera. Apparently this was a ps1 video game released only in Japan. I can't find a whole lot of info on it, unfortunately. Apparently the first volume of Earthian has a chapter about Phantom.
I doubt you're going to find it anywhere that isn't ebay या amazon, but आप might give bittorrent a go. Sometimes आप can find some pretty बिना सोचे समझे stuff to download on that. Just be careful. There's also a whole heap of doushinji (which I am assuming is what this is) for sale on ebay. But that is technically not 'official' stuff, and आप should be warned that याओइ seems to happen there and they also all appear to be in Japanese.
