I love stage6.divx.com more than other sites (I know its already mentioned). I don't usually go to youtube.com very much, but it's always there with usually a descent variety of randomness.

link They're switching servers right this second, but they are probably the best site out there. Well-maintained with a decent selection (but not the best). What I like is that each show and movie is listed with a synopsis, as is every episode of every show. They tend to remove dead links quickly, and find replacements that day. My fave.
