'I need to get dressed.' She pulled the covers off her and went over to the wardrobe. 'I'm going to need maternity clothes soon.' She rubbed her tummy. 'I'm going to look like a whale.'

She examined it and found a little trace of powder on the handle where she held it. She managed to get Sepsis in a powdered form, well not her but Moriarty, Sherlock was right again. She picked up her phone and dialed Sherlock's.
