Fumio Osano, the Sailor Moon manga's Kodansha editor who is known द्वारा his nickname "Osabu," confirmed in response to a सवाल on his Twitter account that the new Sailor Moon ऐनीमे has been delayed. The ऐनीमे was previously announced as debuting this summer.

The idol group Momoiro Clover Z, publisher Kodansha and Sailor Moon मांगा creator Naoko Takeuchi announced the new ऐनीमे adaptation of the मांगा last July. Momoiro Clover Z announced that they would perform a theme song for the new ऐनीमे at France's ऐनीमे Expo, while a special event on the same दिन commemorated the 20th anniversary of Naoko Takeuchi 's Sailor Moon मांगा at Tokyo's nicofarre hall.
