Depends on how the person takes the stuff she does i guess, or how mature the listener is, since a few of her songs are pretty much about sex and drugs, for kids, that's a pretty bad influence. I dont get influenced by that stuff, and for me, Nicki Minaj is anything but a bad influence. She's released many songs that actually have real meaning in them, it just so happens that the songs she sings about sex and drugs are the ones that become famous, and from what iv seen in interviews and such, she actually seems like a fairly intelligent women. Her back story on how she grew up would be pretty inspiring to some also.

When you see a 9 year old rapping Stupid Hoe and then start to swear at you saying "Fuck you!" when you tell her she probably shouldn't be singing that song in public................yeah.

She's just a terrible singer with no musical talent to speak of. I'm don't know what she sings about - I go out of my way to avoid listening to her - so I don't know what influence her songs have.
