All on the list is shit. Nobody gaines weight unless they eat more than they need. It's about your food control. I eat whatever I want but I count the amount of food which my body needs depending on my weight and health.

I'm with Jet, I think that it mostly has to do with intake control. All of these things are fine in moderation.

As someone who has knowledge in this field, it generally is all 3 however carbs that are not burned will likely make you gain weight the quickest. Sugar is a carb btw. So technically this list is just fats and carbs.
