Both are absolutely disgusting, and both PLL and OUaT brush off male rape like it's nothing. Male rape is a serious issue that's often overlooked. I should know; I actually knew someone who came close to this while in an abusive relationship and took a long time to escape from. It's not something to brush off or ignore.
I guess I'll choose this one, since at least in PLL, Emily and Spencer get mad at Jenna for maybe an episode or two for what she did to Toby. That's the closest they've ever come to addressing it, though. OUaT never even came close to addressing this since Graham's death.
That said, I do think Regina and Jenna are both wonderful, entertaining, well-written characters that deserve the fans they have. Without them, Pretty Little Liars and Once Upon a Time would be nothing (watch season six of PLL to see what I mean).
