(Please don’t self-diagnose) I use this thing called “Box breathing” and it really helps. The thing is to practice it so आप can use it in a anxiety situation. Basically आप imagine a rectangle, या look at something rectangle, that helps too. आप start at the bottom left corner and empty your lungs completely and quickly for 5 सेकंड्स until आप ‘reach’ the चोटी, शीर्ष left corner. Then आप inhale all the way (make sure आप when आप breathe your chest expands) till आप get to the चोटी, शीर्ष right corner. Hold your breathe for another 5 सेकंड्स until आप get to the bottom right corner, exhale. Repeat until आप feel a difference. Play a song in your head. Find something to mess w/ (I always twiddle pens and pencils and flip them over my finger) ‘Chair-pull ups’: when आप are sittin* down, feet on the floor, put your arms on the chair edge, and push yourself up. It helps some people. पार करना, क्रॉस your writs over your chest and make तितली motions. (You look weird but it works) Draw. (Rubber Band, but also for other reasons) That’s some of the things I do.
