 Quite a few things. One that I could mention is Exercising. Since it has been already mentioned, I'll be और specific and talk about the Practice of Martial Arts. It can benefit both Mind and Body and also improve your Mood in overall. It offers आप Peace, Discipline and Contentment as आप progress. There are various cases where that factor played an important part in the prolonging of one's Life. In the end, it is not only about training your Body but your Spirit as well. They are a way of Life !!!!
