When I started having major back problems, I experienced them a lot. I used to get them while I was awake, but I'd also be awakened द्वारा them. Some people say that arch supports help, but they didn't do me any good. I used to massage my legs and feet to help ease it. Sometimes that took longer than other times, but it offered me temporary relief - until I'd be awakened द्वारा them again. :( Several years ago, my Mom suggested that I start taking a Magnesium supplement to help. That's some the best सलाह I ever got from her! I took them daily for about a महीना before I noticed any change, but she was definitely right. I ran out of them once, and the अगला day, back came the cramps. Ever since then, I make sure that I never run out, and that I take them daily. The Magnesium supplements are fairly cheap, and can be found at pharmacies, health खाना stores, some grocery stores and online. If आप decide to try them, just remember that it took about a महीना before I saw results, but आप must take them daily. It may take a longer या shorter time for you. Another nice thing is, I've never noticed any bad side effects - except for when I ran out. As for the sleep paralysis, I had that happen a few times, but that was long ago. It happened after waking from really bad dreams. Perhaps that was caused द्वारा fear - I don't really know. I've also had bad reactions to some prescription medications and started experiencing that. That started happening at work one time, along with chest pains. My boss called for an ambulance, and when the paramedics arrived they thought I was having a दिल attack. I was taken to the hospital, and thankfully it wasn't a दिल attack. It was a really bad reaction to another prescription medication. Needless to say, I stopped taking it and returned to normal eventually. Now, I stop taking medications immediately if I start having any kind of bad reaction. ~ Just a thought - Is it just me, या does it sound like the possible side effects of many of todays medications sound worse that what they're supposed to be treating???
