a very strange Q...

i feel weird of asking this but do girls have inner eyelids? like really thin clear ones that noone can really see but we feel them? because whenever i wake up from a deep sleep and i open my eyes, i feel something slide back into the corners and my vision's a little blury at first.
please be nice and not mean! i do feel wierd asking this!

But I get that when I wake up या during the night, it has to do something to do with the saline fluid that covers our eyes. the crusty crap from the corners of our eyes has something to do with the fluid from the eyes. But far as inner eye lids, we don't have them like some animals, like reptiles, बिल्ली and कुत्ता do.
