Is anybody else with a Yahoo ई मेल account having trouble with Yahoo mail?

Every time I try going into my account a window pops up saying I have to read and accept their new terms and agreements. When I hit "I accept" the window goes away for a second, then pops right back up. It's also not letting me sign out of my account, either. Is anyone else having this problem right now?

Probably it's just some bug या they're probably changing something. I thought it was my browser, to be honest, but it seems like everyone is having this problem too..

I used to have a yahoo account a साल ago, but i later i made myself a gmail(it was for a यूट्यूब account) and a hotmail account. Gmail is the best one in my opinion.
