Is ऐनीमे "mainstream"?

Don't kill me.

I'm wondering... Everyone here talks about how they don't like "mainstream" stuff (which is लोकप्रिय stuff everyone likes).

And if आप look at fanpop, almost everyone seems to like anime... wait no, प्यार anime...

So I'm wondering, doesn't that make it mainstream? या at least on fanpop?

I wouldn't say it's mainstream necessarily, but it is somewhat लोकप्रिय among some users.

I wouldn't say it is mainstream due to the fact there's alot of ऐनीमे haters still on fanpop. And I MEAN tons of ऐनीमे haters. It is लोकप्रिय but it is nowhere near mainstream.

Twilight,Justin Bieber,One Direction, and Hunger Games,etc are the mainstream subjects.

... What? The ऐनीमे या the photo? If आप are referring to the ऐनीमे then It's one of my favourites: 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' if आप are talking about the चित्र then... I dunno TT TT
