Do आप have any idea what this means?

So for क्रिस्मस my boyfriend bought me a कछुआ, कछुए Ring. & it's absolutely beautiful.
But, he left me a note saying:
"Hope आप enjoy the ring; I प्यार आप babe.<3 Take a picture with it please, I wanna see how beautiful it looks on you. Get your dog on!"

(I'm concerned about the last sentence)
