Listen to happy music, sing, dance like none is watching, eat ice cream, go in the shower, write down what आप are feeling, या take a nap somehow going to the शावर, शॉवर makes me think so does sleeping, it could clear your head, and the शावर, शॉवर may make आप talk to your self about what happened xD :p I know it sounds weird :p
