Look i really need some help. I'm having trouble with fanpop.

Okay here is the problem. The site isn't letting me sign in to my फैन्पॉप account. It only lets me sign in using my phone. When i try to sign in to my प्रोफ़ाइल using my computer i type my यूज़रनाम and पासवर्ड and then it says signing in as Dwolf247 but i dont sign in and it brings me to my पूर्व page. But for some reason i can still i m. Do आप know whatsoever going on?
