Hmmmm..... Seems like आप have a glitch in your game. I don't have a straight on solution but आप can गूगल (I mean Googlle. I know! They changed it!) something like Pokemon Spphire Glitch solutions या soething like that. Hope I helped! ^_^

It's because they don't paint contest winners in the museum. आप know the frames that are on the दीवार in the Contest Hall? खोजिए them, then आप may happen to find a picture of your Gardevoir in the frame. Hope it's helpful.
