I don't think आप can but if आप have a wii and download My Pokemon Ranch and get it too its highest level आप trade an egg for Mew and just connect आप ds too the Wii and withdraw it then आप have a Mew I think that is the only way without cheating But I believe आप can't catch one in the wild या द्वारा event
