I rewatched the first five on my DVD last night and I caught a few things. They may have been noticed, but I just want to सूची them and other बिना सोचे समझे things.

2.At the War Council meeting, Granny is knitting a blanket and its Emma's iconic baby blanket

3.The Wardrobe,is a nod to Narnia

4.The फूल in Snow's hair, are the ones in the little vase she puts द्वारा Davids bedside on her rounds at the hospital

EDIT: As of episode seven, The दिल is a Lonely Hunter, we now know that Sheriff Graham was, indeed, the Huntsman. Hooray for everyone who guessed right!

We haven't been told yet who is Sheriff Graham's fairy tale counterpart (or rather, who he really is), but I strongly suspect that he is the Huntsman from the Snow White fairy tale.
