I also don't believe Regina raped Graham in fact in 'The Heart is a Lonely Hunter' right after Graham exclaimed "I need to feel something" he goes home kisses Gina and the scene changes. In the next scene they are in bed together. Graham wanted to have sex. He was the one who started it with Gina. I also don't think she by the definition above raped happiness. One can't take happiness, it's always there. As said before in one of our dabates you choose your direction; Gina can't take their happiness, she can try but they can choose to be happy anyhow. People in Storybrook aren't exactly unhappy, just a few.

Princess-Yvonne the verb is derived from the verb. look up in ALL THE DICTIONARIES YOU WANT. THEY WILL TELL YOU THE SAME. the verb has more meanings. and the article says more than just that one word. is not all about it. anyway...if you want to find out PRECISELY what the author meant you should go and ask him/her. The key term in that definition is the second half, where it says "incapable of valid consent". There was a real life case where a woman married a man who turned out to be a Cuban spy. She sued the country of Cuba for rape because she was deceived--she thought she was having sex with her husband of a different name, but instead she was having sex with a Cuban spy. She won the case. So one could relate her situation to that of the Huntsman/Graham. I'm going to refrain from doing that. Point is it's a very gray-area subject. So the author of the article could be right or wrong. As for the whole Regina argument, I'm going to go ahead and say she reacted very poorly to a bad circumstance. If anyone did that, even Snow, I wouldn't forgive them. Back when Snow tried to kill the queen under the influence of the potion, Charming stopped her and said "Then you'll be no better than her." He was right. It doesn't matter one's excuse. Plenty of people have gone through terrible ordeals, and they didn't choose to destroy an entire nation merely for selfish revenge. There was a point where I pitied Regina, but that stopped when she killed her father. The only person to ever really love and care for her. It's truly despicable. I think that was the moment when she stopped being human.

queenregina I don't believe Evil Queen raped Huntsman. I don't know what you think but in my country you can't explain rape like you did. Regina lost her love, her mother was abusing her so she was mentally not okay. After his death she lost it. She is not in control now. She chose the Evil but now she can't stop it. Her father loved her but he never protected her. She didn't do the right thing with killing him but she felt sorry for it. And Rumpel created the curse so he is responsible of the curse, Gina just used it.

Years passed in Storybrooke and Regina's mum came and shoved her against a wall and said: "You think YOU could ever become as powerful as ME??!! You FOOL! You could've had ALL you WANTED!!!! All the riches and power in the WORLD if you listened to ME!!!" Regina: "I HAD all I wanted until......" Mum: "What DID happen to that 'stable boy' anyway???? (canivingly)" She used a fire spell to set the place on fire after tying up Regina and leaves.... The 'Queen Of Hearts' goes to her chamber and squeezes some Storybrooke resident's 'hearts.' In my version Cora uses a fireball spell to cast Regina's house on fire after evilly criticising her in Storybrooke and traps her inside the house.  Meanwhile Henry and Emma are watching the news and hear of a 'house fire in Storybrooke' and how a woman was trapped in the blaze! Henry and Emma are shocked! Emma went to investigate (because it's her job as sheriff). Henry sneaks out after her to see if his other mum is okay, even though he thinks she's 'evil.' Emma Spots Cora leaving Reginas house and questions her about the fire. Cora says cunningly: "Thats what she deserves!" And then Cora actually tells Emma that Regima actually has some 'good' in her! Emma seems to be furious and upset for Regina (FINALLY!) and she tells Henry (everyone else eventually knows. They visit Regina in hospital and Henry was very upset how Cora killed Reginas true love. Emma feels sorry for her as well.  Henry finally pecks Regina on the cheek thinking how she used to be and wanted her to be like that again So he 'loves' her properly! Regina wakes up and regrets everything and seems desperate revenge on Cora once and for all!!!! The next day, Mary-Margaret spots Emma, Regina AND Henry walking together HAPPILY!! Mary-Margaret is FURIOUS and gets very angry with Emma for feeling sorry for sorry and befriending Regina after all she had done. Emma tries to explain that Cora was the bi## who planned all this, but Mary-Margaret refuses to believe.....

DR76 I do get tired of fans of this show making excuses for Rumpelstiltskin's bad behavior and choices. I don't buy the excuse that the powers of "the Dark One" made him evil, so to speak. I think "the Dark One" powers gave Rumpelstiltskin the opportunity to indulge in his own personal flaws - cowardice, selfishness and penchant for manipulation. I'm beginning to strongly suspect that many of the fans' willingness to excuse Rumpel and continuously bash Regina at the same time is steeped in good old-fashoned sexism. Even with female fans.
