What happened to the character that was एन सी आइ एस#Naval Criminal Investigative Service Director before Jenny?

At the beginning of season 3 (Kill Ari Pt. 1) Director Tom Morrow is offered to become Deputy-Director of DOH (Department of Homeland Security) so he leaves एन सी आइ एस#Naval Criminal Investigative Service and Jenny becomes the new Director.

The director before jenny left right after Ari killed Kate because he thought it was time for a change.

आप know how when she 1st time she came on the दिखाना they revealed a पूर्व relationship well her and gibbs worked undercover together and they were suppose to take out their partners which were the bad guy. But jenny didnt take out her mark and she came back because the man gibbs had killed was her lover and she wanted revenge.
