Are there two different dubbed versions of Naruto?

Lots of people, including me, have noticed that while the subbed version of the ऐनीमे translates Lee's drunken fist to the drunken fist and gives him red cheeks, the dubbed version edits out the red cheeks and translates it to the 'loopy fist', which is of course ridiculously stupid. However, when I first watched Naruto, I watched a dubbed version that kept the proper translation and the red cheeks. I'm sure I'm not imagining this! I distinctly remember being confused and annoyed the सेकंड time I watched Naruto, because I remembered it being the drunken fist, but I'd never watched it in subbed, so I must have found a dubbed version that didn't try to disguise the alcohol. It wasn't fan-dubbed या anything, either; the voices were the same. If anyone could tell me where I could find this properly dubbed version, I would be very grateful.

Hmm...I guess there are two dubbed versions because in one of the dubs Ino Yamanaka has this annoying squeaking voice while the other dub version is fine with the voices...and in one of the dub versions they actually censor the smoke coming from shikamaru's cigerette while the other one shows it and also one of the dubs censor the sexy jutsu...but if आप check the voice actors cast there are only one person each to one character...like kate haggins is Sakura's voice actress...even if it had another version they should have mentioned the voice cast but they didn't so...yeah...a little confused here myself but I'll make a research on this...
