I think what gets you hooked into something is a little thing you relate to with one of the characters. Fluttershy's that character for me <3
I don't get why some people call her a Mary Sue though. She's not perfect. ._.
Though, with Mirage, she is a very undeveloped character. Probably the average middle school dork. Though, they probably made each character like a regular person on earth for it to be more relatable...?

Fluttershy is all the adorables! Pinkie Pie is all the fun! Rarity is my third. Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle are both tied for fourth and fifth. Applejack is my least favorite of the Mane 6 because she boring to me.
