The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.



TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed द्वारा Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed द्वारा a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.

Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.

i swore that would never दिखाना Michael's History tour सोना pants and all those चित्रो ( i hope आप know what i mean)....that was something his very private thing...and we all are प्रशंसकों and we प्यार him so it's OK for us to talk about him in any naughty way....and i thought i would never say anything about that to non-fans.....but then when my friend came to stay over my house....i don't know what came over me,,,but i showed everything. and later i realized what a wrong deed i did!!! i cried so much that i broke my promise! and is कहा many sorries to dear mike and prayed for him......if only i could rewind it back!!! everything!! i'm so sorry guys....i know that's something really private and it's only between fans!! i'm so sorry! :(

t appears Katherine Jackson is going to do what Oksana Grigorieva couldn't ... appear on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."


Production trucks have arrived at the Jackson family compound in Encino along with two black SUVs. Members of the production crew told TMZ they are there for "an Oprah shoot."

A security guard told TMZ Oprah will not be दिखा रहा है up ... so this could be filming for an introductory segment of the show.

No word on what the interview might be about ... but we're guessing the words Michael and Jackson will be used often.

UPDATE 5:10 PM PT -- No one has left yet, but there has been a visitor ... the Domino's पिज़्ज़ा, पिज्जा delivery guy!

UPDATE 6:23 PM PT -- The production trucks are getting a parking ticket. Put it on Oprah's tab.

UPDATE 6:39 PM PT -- The two SUVs have taken off and the production crew has begun to load equipment. Looks like it's a wrap.

Caroline couldn't believe what happened at that moment.. When they stopped they looked at eachother for a moment.. they tried to understand what happened.... but they coudn't..

Caroline:"MIchael.. I.. I don't know what to say.. "
Michael went very red.. he was licking his lips.. and biting his lower lip..
Michael:"I'm sorry.. but I had to do it.. I couldn't resist..I'm too much in प्यार with u Caroline.. Since I was at high school.. i was in प्यार with u.."
Caroline was shocked.. but happy.. she felt a sense of satisfaction....

Caroline..:"Michael.. even I.. when u hugged.. I felt something that i never felt before.. it was something special.. from that moment i didn't stop thinking about u.."

They looked at eachother than they kissed.. they were together.. forever..

The door knocked again.. Who was it?

Caroline:"Come in"
This time it was Michael..

Michael:"Did i disturb?"

Caroline:"No Michael.. आप never disturb.. Come in.."

Michael:"I saw a man running out of the office... Who was it?"

Caroline:"Oh.. it was my ex boy friend.. i told him that it was over. He knew I was right.."

Michael looked at Caroline for a moment.. they looked at eachother..

Michael said:"Can आप come near me for a मिनट please?"

Caroline went near him.. not knowing what he was going to do..

Michael said:"Forgive me"

Then Michael kissed her. There was a moment of great passion between the two.. not even Michael knew that he did it. They were in deep exstasy.. in exstasy of love...

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ प्रशंसकों plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the प्रशंसक group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson प्रशंसकों plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly विभाजित करें, विभक्त करें for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.
