The Following Morning
I got up and looked at my phone. It was 7:30 am and I yawned. Today was दिन 1 of rehearsals and I was excited. I told myself that I'd दिखाना up to rehearsals 30 मिनटों early to get used to the set. I had roughly 3 hours, but since my idea to दिखाना up 30 मिनटों early, I had 2 hours and 30 minutes. I sat up and saw Alex come into my room.
"Hey Beck. आप ready for rehearsals?" He asked.
I nodded and sighed a little. "Yeah, I'm ready. I hope I don't mess up, though." I said.
Alex, being an actor himself, gave me tips. He's been in plays and a couple movies. Being in a short film isn't much different. After getting all those hints and tips, he left the room and I got out of bed. I got dressed and looked at the clock in my room.
"8:30? Already? Alex sure took a while. Well, I have an घंटा and 30 मिनटों left. What should I do now?"
I thought about it. I decided to go to the park. I grabbed my phone, my sketchbook and a pencil, my keys and headed out.
At The Park
It was 9 am and I looked around the park. I loved nature and I sat down under a shady tree. I opened my sketchbook and started drawing the park with full detail.
After An Hour
I looked at the picture. I pretty much had the full picture of the park.
"I'll shade in the rest during breaks." I told myself.
I decided to play around for 30 मिनटों before going to the Smooth Criminal set.
With Michael
Michael was heading through the park when he saw me on the swings. He quickly ran behind a पेड़ and panted slightly.
'Oh my God...it's her. I wonder if she'd alright. Maybe I should ask her if she is. Wait...how will she react when she sees me?' He thought.
He looked from behind the पेड़ and didn't see me at the swings या anywhere in the park. He sighed in relief.
"Thank God. No और worries." He muttered.
He looked at his watch and saw that it was 10.
"I should get to the set and see if Frank messed anything up."
Then he headed to the set. On the way, he realized he didn't have his sunglasses. He couldn't find them anywhere and thought maybe someone found them. He headed to his trailer and saw something on the step. He picked it up and unwrapped it and saw that it was his sunglasses.
"Oh my God..."
He looked inside the wrapping paper and saw a note. He read it out loud to himself when he entered his trailer.
"Dear Michael Jackson,
I had found these in the park and tried to find who they belonged to. I bet आप were looking for them. Sorry I couldn't return them to आप sooner. या in person for that matter.
Sincerely,
Rebecca."
He smiled, put the note and his glassed down and went to change.
At The Set
I was walking around with Kelly, Brandon and Sean. I had to admit, it was nice seeing them again. I was getting used to the set and getting used to the other actors. We soon heard our "names" being called.
"Katie, Zeke, Sean, Rebecca! Come over here!" Called out our director, Frank.
While we walked over to him, I heard a voice that was familiar. Strangely familiar. I looked and I was shocked. I was in the presence of Michael Jackson. Michael looked at me and was shocked himself.
'She's the one I returned back to her house! And she returned my sunglasses!' He thought.
'He's the one who owned the sunglasses I found!' I thought.
"Since Kelly, Brandon and Sean have already met this guy...Rebecca, come over."
I nervously walked over to Frank and Michael. He smiled at me and held out his hand.
"Rebecca, this is Michael Jackson. Mr. Jackson, this is Rebecca. She'll be playing Kelly's big sister for Smooth Criminal."
I held out my hand and shook his hand.
"P-Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Jackson." I said.
He giggled. "Pleasure to meet you, too, Rebecca. Please, call me Michael. Oh, and thank आप for returning my sunglasses." He said.
I blushed a little and giggled. "I-It was no trouble at all. I-I figured they belonged to y-you."
We looked and saw that we were still holding hands. We both blushed and let go of each other's hands and giggled.
"Well, let's get started with rehearsals."
I nodded and we all headed onto the set to start the rehearsals.
