Why does nobody rate on this spot?

There are lots of प्रशंसकों of this spot, and lots of people contribute तस्वीरें and प्रशंसक fictions and वीडियो and links, and lots of people comment. But why does nobody rate anything?

I personally have rated pretty much everything in this spot, and some content from a long time पूर्व has been rated a few times because I पोस्टेड it to the VRSOF. But for the most part, people view and leave टिप्पणियाँ but do not rate.

Why is that?

(P.S. I know a lot of देखा गया for तस्वीरें etc come from people who don't belong to Fanpop, but there are definitly फैन्पॉप users who are not rating what the view.)
