या maybe he was just kidding himself.

"It could be the police, it could be wilson, it could be ANYONE from the hospital, it could be a pathetic attepmt at a ding dong ditch. या it could be....him"

या she could be just kidding herself.

It was chilly outside. It IS mid-december. He pulled his leather जैकेट tighter around his slight frame. He had लॉस्ट weight since his visit to Mayfield.

The chilly air, however, did nothing to cool his nerves. He couldnt beleive he was here after all that time, at three A.M..

He had come to her first.Twice now.

She grabbed the doorknob. Again. and then let go.Again.

She grabbed the doorknob, started to turn it, लॉस्ट her nerve, let go, hating herself. She had never done well with failure.

If it was him outside she could resume her life since it had temporarily paused months ago. If not it would mean another night crying herself to sleep.

He was wondering if the door was locked, the anticipation was eating away at him until he couldnt stand it for one और second.

He started to turn the doorknob.

She saw.
Wanted to beat him to it.
With reknewed nerve, she yanked the door open

He was about to ask, या even explain, but within five सेकंड्स he could tell he didnt need to.

She was about to tell him all her feelings, but the look on his face stopped her. He looked vulnerable, for once. Like he could open up to her. He looked awestruck.

And that was what persuaded her to grab h-

He beat her to this one.
Quickly yet purposefully wrapping his arms around her, he could feel a huge load being lifted off his shoulders. He sueezed her harder into his chest.

As she felt the farmiliar feeling of a cane on her leg and breathed in the woodsy smell of his black motorcycle जैकेट she realized this was what she had been missing. Without realizing it, she began to cry, tears of joy.He noticed. He looked down, with a puzzled expression. When he saw her smiling through her tears, his already broad smiled broadened. He wiped her tears away with his thumb and led her inside.


Sitting down on her sofa with her on his lap, he felt at peace with the world, lighter then he had in months. Years.

"your back" she whispered, it was all she could manage right now. She started to say something else, but she never got it out. She was crying again.

He didnt like it when she cried. Even though he knew she wasnt sad, he preferred her smiling.

He kissed her.

It was so natural, so fitting. Like a puzzle peice being fitted into a puzzle.

She kissed back, slowly, relishing it for all it was worth.

"Im back" he whisprered.

He kissed her again, harder. She kissed back, inviting more.

He was on चोटी, शीर्ष of her ,both चुंबन ferociously (making up for लॉस्ट time, is how he liked to think of it)when she suddenly stopped. He raised his head a little so he could look in her eyes. He looked perplexed and hurt. "If were going to do this" she कहा " Were going to do it on one condition". He was breathing hard, gasping for air almost. He widened his eyes "Yeess?" he panted. She kissed him again. "Never let me go" she whispered. He smiled. He had never planned on it.
