D-r Chase is a surgeon, where the cardiologist did come from?

Mybeit's my mistake, but i just remember in the first season House mentioned, Chase is a an intensive care specialist, which is far closer being a surgeon, than a cardiologist. In addition he has never shown any competences of cardiology. I don't know how familiar are with the medicine, but I'm going to graduate in an साल from medical university, so it's pretty unlikely someone as young as Chase to have 3 specilities :).That's it, I was talking from personal experience, and i'm not trying to argue with anybody!
Im sure it is unlikely that he is compotent in all three, Im just stating that I also remember them stating he was a cardiologist. If आप rewatch the past episodes , आप will see that Chase was very compotent when it came दिल issues concerning the patients.
