Need help to find the name of a House Episode...

The things I remember are as following:

- It's a middle aged man that appears to be dead, and is sent to autosopy.
- He is not dead, but has been poisoned/paralized द्वारा a snake (may be wrong here) that on the latter of the episode was found in his golfbag.
- They're just about to cut him up to donor his organs when they find out he's actually alive

Can't seem to find it anywhere, have I dreamt it all up?
