I think every single character in, हेतालिया is special, because the country they represent is special as well. France is the country of love, which is why he's such a romantic character. He knows how to प्यार people and is kind to everyone close to him. In episode 5 of the beautiful आप can see that France is a very strong character, he still knows how to smile after going through a lot, this is what makes him and everyone else in हेतालिया beautiful.

France knows what प्यार is.....He can actually care sometimes.... He might be to clingy या too pervertish but at least he knows what प्यार is....
