For those who own हीरोस S4 on DVD - important.

I recently got my copy for my birthday, and at first I was delighted, but now I'm a little concerned. Firstly, when I put it in, there is a thing that goes 'thank आप for supporting your local store' and then there is some kinda advert for a film या something. Also, on the chaoter index for disk 1, it is missing episode 2. There is also a still image instead of a short selection of clips as the शीर्षक screen for the first disk. The layout is also different, especially for the chapters where it is arranged in a diamond instead of a straight row like the other seasons. And finally last night I realised that it does not have the special features the box claims it has - it only has deleted/extended scenes - none of the audio commentaries या genetics of a scene या anything. Please can आप tell me is this just my copy doing this, या are all your copies like this as well? Thank you
