Uhm... Isn't it kinda hard to prove that someones been put under the imperious curse? I think there's a high chance of it going down as murder, to be honest... या manslaughter at best. However, if there was proof that कहा person HAD been... Imperioused (?)... Then yes, I would say definite suicide.

Yes, that would count as suicide. आप would be controlling their mind. Thus, they would do whatever आप ask. So that would basically be killing yourself if it was controlled द्वारा yourself.
