Where can I buy an H2O signature locket?

I have seriously looked everywhere for one but I can't find it! I don't want to buy the one at www.sterlingsilverart.com या eBay. I have heard they sell them in TARGET, but we don't खरीडिए there so I need help from a person who has been to TARGET या anywhere where they have found it. Please help.

The real one is on ebay australia - looks exactly the same as the चोटी, शीर्ष picture and comes with the chain - the खरीडिए even says it's real
