Can या will the F4 change a आदर्श वाक्य for a club in the same manner they do for banners and icons?

I want to start a club आदर्श वाक्य contest for a club where the creator is no longer active, but I don't want to end up issuing just another प्रॉप contest where all आप get are props, but a real reward like having his या her आदर्श वाक्य voted on and appearing at the चोटी, शीर्ष of the club for all to see and enjoy.
