I thought the pick needed a few more mums added so I've included user Berni. I don't think everyone might be familiar with Berni because she doesn't often come on this spot but she is one of the sweetest ladies/mums on the site. Her comments to EVERYONE are a joy to read and if you check her profile/prop wall you'll see how much Berni is liked and appreciated by her fellow Fanpoppers.

This is one very sad pick. For starters, it's just a popularity contest. There's no way anyone can argue it's anything BUT that. And does the site really need yet another popularity contest?

Secondly, this is pitting the moms of Fanpop against each other - with Mother's Day only a couple days away. Really, do we need to do this? Mother's Day is a day to celebrate motherhood and ALL moms - and especially your own. Not a day to pick favorites and declare a Fanpop "favorite".

I feel bad for every mom on the site who isn't included in this pick. I feel bad for every mom IN the pick who will "lose" to whichever mom gets the most popularity votes. It's like saying, "Happy Mother's Day... but you're not as well-liked on Fanpop as so-and-so." Like I said, Mother's Day is a day for EACH and EVERY Mom to be appreciated, not just your "Fanpop Favorite".

I'm sure my opinion won't be popular, either... and I don't care.

I agree with Karen (IsisRain)and choose all moms. Isn't that what Mother's Day is about? A celebration of all mothers...
