Or Mulan/Shang, but I figured that Shang probably comes from a very respectable and wealthy family as his dad was general of the army, so they would probably have more money than Pocahontas/John.

If all these couples started out the same, I'd say Aladdin/Jasmine. They would be terrible with handling money - Jasmine's used to having an endless pile of it, and Aladdin's never had any to know how to budget.
