Or you picked the icon with your favourite princess or something, while the icon was really bad... etc.

Oh, I was thinking more along the lines of the fan who created the icon, because I know most people tend to like pick the same people over again because they're icons are amazing. Don't get me wrong, I love all amazing icons, I just don't like going with the flow of things. But also about the whole princess thing, that never even occurred to me before now..

No, not really. I pick depending on my personal tastes, what I think looks best. Sometimes I may pick an icon that appears more simple than others, because one with too many effects may be overwhelming to me, and I believe that simple is best. However, I don't really vote a lot.

I will be honset i just got one of Aurora but it was not an icon contest it ws just a pick and i put it on one of my picks because i love that icon, but from an icon contest Nope.
